Nice. I had the ladder yesterday, that was a tough one.

I had the ladder last week, 10x. I actually enjoyed it. Tough, challenging, but enjoyable.

    Wednesday 6/20/2012
    Week 11 Day 3

    Squat
    Warm Ups
    45x10
    135x5
    185x3
    225x2
    315x1
    Work sets
365x20x1 - PR for volume at this weight. Not as easy as I thought it'd be. I was off today, weight felt heavier than it should have. I didn't rest much at first but then had to later around number 15.

No assistance work assigned today. Squat and leave.

Dude, good work. The skin on my back is usually broken where the bar rests on me after these long volume days. I have a bruise that runs across my back where the bar is. I like to think of it as a battle scar. I wear it with pride. It is a bit annoying though. 275 15x4 really jacked it. Do you ever get anything like that?

    Thanks dude.

When I leave the gym you can see a long red mark running across on my back where the bar was, usually lasts a couple hours. No bruising or anything painful though, maybe it used to but I don't remember. Skin may have toughened to it. Wear that shit like badge of honor lol.
