No idea yet. Jim wanted me to find a meet weeks ago but there's really nothing going on around here at the moment except a push/pull only meet that was last week and I'm not really interested in meets where no one squats. Plus I'm getting busy with work, as construction on a new building is just about done so I have to get ready to coordinate and move all the IT equipment and network infrastructure from old to new building and get it running. Its scheduled to move the weekend of August 11th, which has me really annoyed since I wanted to go down to Penn that weekend. I'm hoping in the next couple weeks something goes wrong and the move gets pushed back another week or two haha.
I'm ok with no meet for a little longer. Gives me more time to get strong. Next meet I'd like to hit 315 on the bench and break 500 on the deadlift, so a little more time won't hurt.

No bench this week to let my elbows heal, which are feeling good now. Bodybuilding workout was definitely different, haven't done raises in 5 years lol.
