    This forum will not be a Q&A with Rip, but rather a place to discuss things amongst yourselves. It will be moderated for silliness, spam, gibberish, and naked aggression, but otherwise the threads and the responses are yours. I will post if I feel particularly compelled, but my main activity will be on my Q&A.

    A respectful request to those who are new to the forum and post training questions:
    Begin your post with the following information:
    Age
    Sex
    Weight (in kg or lbs, most members are not British)
    height
    Squat max or current working weight and reps
    Bench press ' '
    Deadlift ' '
    Press ' '
    Power clean ' '
    Chinups max reps or added weight x reps
    General description of training history
    Any special diet and whether you are currently gaining or losing weight
    Major goals and concerns (If you are trying to do anything other than get stronger in the five barbell lifts above this is particularly important.)

    The above information will provide some perspective and background for the specifics of your training questions.
