Please note that activation is done once each day. Emails and PMs will not make this occur faster and only make you look silly, like you haven't bothered to read these instructions.

IF YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT YET APPROVED, THAT MEANS THAT YOU 1) HAVEN'T COMPLETED THE EMAIL ACTIVATION STEP or 2) YOURS IS PART OF THE NEXT DAILY APPROVAL BATCH. Emails are sent immediately after registration and three more times over the following week automagically. If you don't have it, you have an email address entry problem or a spam filter problem.

Also, we use the verification questions during registration because you 1) really ought to know these things if you're posting on this board 2) if you don't, then Google is your friend and you can put forth 2 min of effort to find out and 3) it works better than any other method to keep spam registrations out. And yes, we tried using Captcha to prevent bs, but it lets though lots of crap.

Choose your username wisely. Real names are only required of Starting Strength Coaches. Usernames can be changed to *less* anonymous ones, but not the other direction. If you are a dependent worker ("employee") you may want consider the username you choose and the items you post because they are your responsibility and will remain intact.
