Rather than let the IGX lite attitude seep into everything in this forum, I've decided to make the official Crossfit thread. This is the appropriate place for all the things we love and hate about this training protocol.

And seeing as the central driving force of the internet is porn, you can find a lot better pictures all over the internet with scarcely any effort.

Thank you for cleaning this up, IGX lite is not what we signed up for here. There are more than enough places for Crossfit bashing, what this thread could be useful for is to have an un-moderated conversation on ways to improve(?) Crossfit, or alternate modes of training that might be more useful.

Why don't you cut out all the fuckin talk of "we." You don't speak for me, and last time I checked, no one else authorized you to speak on behalf of them either. Go back to lurking.
