First time missing a rep. Biggest reason is probably inadequate depth last workout.
Couple of problems I noted: knees move forward at bottom sometimes, and, especially on the third set, I seem to be in a rush...
On a bright note, this was the first workout in Rip's lifting shoes.
just going to say that it would make sense for you to post form updates in your original critique thread, and also that having someone hold the camera at this height and angle makes it really hard to judge anything.
set the camera down behind you (preferably on a low box), pointing in line with one of your feet.
