Is this too low of a squat?
i was reading over this thread and was wondering if im doing too low on my squat sets.

My knees are drifting forward and i was thinking that might be a sign that i am going a lot lower than i need to. Whats your call?
Yeah, quit letting your knees slide forward at the bottom and see what your depth looks like then. And gain 80 lbs. ASAFP.
