Why are you so eager to hear rip interview John Broz?

The guy already has a couple interviews on Youtube, and admittedly just works off things he Learnt from people like Ivan Abadjiev.

Why not just look up things by Ivan himself such as:

If Abadjiev is still alive, maybe he is the one who is due for a interview as a web video.

Also I think he may have started to have Pat do clean deadlifts, because there is video of him yesterday doing a set of 4 to failure, or it could just be testing as he mentioned but they were for singles before so I reckon he's intorducing some deadlifts into his training.

This is a great summary. Of course, very few people have a need to push themselves to be able to handle more and more stress the way Broz's lifters do. I think a lot of people miss the forest for the trees and think that the program only works because of genetics and anabolic. In reality it is based around Selye's theory of stress, just like the routines in Practical Programming.

I think high frequency training has a lot going for it--not just for oly lifting, but training of all kinds(including general strength training).

I hate it so much when random people accuse, judge and everything else. You get on anabolics and do 80% of what he is capable of then speak.
