Thanks, all. Tomorrow is Press Day. Per Les' plan I'm going for a better than middlin' double then three sets of four plus a high rep set to complete the first full week back on the plan.

Les, I'll stay with three sets of four reps for a while to gauge the recovery. Afterwards I'll moderate by adding a set of four or drop a set and go for a higher tally on the burn out set. I'm curious, do you take a week every once in a while to do some range finding for top singles or doubles with no follow on volume fours? Or do you finish with sets of four even when hitting close to 1RM efforts?
