Wishing for video.
Since you're not dead and all.
My first reaction is I want to try that. Second is laughter. Both of which might make me sick in the head. I'd like to minus the head whacking part though
Bench press with 70lbs of chain: up to 315x1, 335x1, added 3 board; 315x3, 365x1 - This is a moderate heavy week - will go heavier next week on this same movement
Circuit: dips, inverted rows, pushups, barbell curls.
The tire and prowler combo sounds absolutely brutal. Great story.
I'm happy to sit back and watch the stuff that you have Mac doing. When the prowler/sled combo comes up at the end of his workouts I announce that it is time to take Millie for a walk and bee line out if there
matt, did you suffer just temporarily or longer term after that amazing workout?
I was fine the next day.

Axle Press: up to 255 easy
2.5" deficit deadlift: 600x2 hard. Here's the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohAfq...&feature=inbox
Bench Press: up to 365+80lbs of chain x 2, 315+180 chain x 5. Wow. Pretty happy with this. Especially considering I tore all that pec fascia just 6 weeks ago.
Pullups: 15 straight strict pullups. Then 60 more kipping pullups over 5 min. Never kipped in my life. I can knock out a million of these, but struggled with the rhythm for speed. I'll keep working on it. No one freak out. We are experimenting with some stuff at my gym and thinking about entering a crossfit competition and killing the midwest crossfit teams. Our motto will be "Beating Crossfit at Crossfit." ;-) But just playing around for now. We'll see.
Can I join this team cuz I'm good as f*ck...lol.
