A little back rounding on squats and deads. Stretch your hamstrings and adductors.
On the deads your hips rise slightly before your torso.

I can see that I am not looking down enough, and I am not sure that I am doing enough "bounce". Any other thoughts?
Deadlifts:

It looks like I am not setting my back properly. Any other comments?
Thanks to everyone for their help.

I think your are not putting enough effort into setting your back on deadlifts. I think you already have the flexibility for a nice flat back, your just not trying.
On your squat, you are collapsing forwards somewhat. The bar path on the last rep looks the straightest. Perhaps you need to angle your feet outwards, stay nice & tight and push those knees out hard.

What the fuck is that guy behind you doing in the deadlift video?
Loooooooooooool
Thanks for the feedback. I'm still learning the strict form so I tend to focus one one thing to work on (to the exclusion of others), but I'm working on it. That feedback really helps.
I'll try pushing my toes out a little more on the squat, because I know I can go wider with my knees, but I have to keep them in to stay aligned with my toes. I know the toes should be 30 degrees open, but that still just feels wrong.
I have absolutely no idea, but I know a trainer was supervising it.
I love the trainers at my gym. They make sure that the squat racks and benches are always available. But when Mr. Rippetoe finally publishes his long overdue BOSU/ShakeWeight XtrEMe workout, I'm totally screwed.
