    Oldster-

Impressive patience. Can't wait to read about your exploits once the governor is taken off.

No, but the screeching would probably scare them all the way to Idaho.

Awesome great to see you're steady building! You use the 110's for 3x15?! Great gravy that's awesome.

Thanks, Patrick. Can't wait until I can go heavy with them!

Wife has been sick and today I had to run her into town to the Doc. Of course, just when I was beginning to lift. Today is the second day of ab wheels and there was little elbow pain, although a little.

After years of packing heavy loads down steep mountainsides and side hills, my doc finally diagnosed my right knee pain as osteoarthritis. I'm trying to go easy on squatting until the pain subsides.

    Light front squat
    135-185-225-250x1
    Bent row
    135x10
    195x4 sets of 5

I'll try going heavy one week and light the next for my FSs. It's worked in the past, years ago when squatting really heavy. We'll see how it goes now as I enter middle-age....

I'm back! 5 days with a fever and then it dropped into my chest. Even the chest cold is starting to recede in only 9 days. That is unheard of from pneumonia boy! :

I started low and plan on this time working up high. High being relative with a bum elbow... I'm going to abbreviate a bit more and focus on just a few movements.

    Thickbar close grip
    100x20
    190x12
    225x5 sets of 12
    Hammer curls
    45sx12
    65sx3 sets of 12
    Ab wheel
    10 kneeling

I think I started about right. Lots of power is beginning to be developed. I'm starting to think perhaps I might handle some good weight in the future.

Oldster, you're not just strong for your age, you're strong for any age. Remarkable!
