    whats zyklon b? it is true ever since we have had a federal reserve our dollar depreciates-we treat our dollars like stock options -just print more to make worthless. and even when we were taken off gold standard-its a fiat currency.- bullets and tampons will have higher value eventually. now i'm not sure on all this cloak n dagger illuminati- rothchild-masons-bilderberg shinnigans. there is a global banking move to make 1 world gov't. why didnt anyone in congress know what was in the healthcare bill or the last tarp bill? anyone? it wasnt written by the government it was written by the fed reserve plus economic advisors to washington-we were told we need to pass it in order to see what was in it. not one single senator or congressperson knew what was in the bill. even obama said it contained ab and c and that was a lie he didnt even know what it was just pass it. i'm only 43 but i hear constantly that the 40 -50's were boom times- ppl had jobs- buy american- and there was a sense of morality and if something was wrong you spoke and took action to make it right. and when the govt needed help everyone sacrificed and pitched in- bought bonds etc...

    now we need to learn friggin mandarin?

    also why obie and hillary attacking 2nd amend rights to go along with united nations? no citizens with guns only govt has guns. theres no morals today and even more important- no consequences- we pussified our youth- everyone wins ---yeah everyone gets a ribbon. now you have these little bastard flash mobs in london wisconsin and phillie and to some extent occupy wall st that think shit is owed to them - i can take it because i want it and there will be no consequences for my actions. and if there is you have some shyster lawyer saying this kids this way cause mommy breast fed him til 13. i mean wtf is this world coming too? at one point these villainous ppl at high levels stopped pretending they were not stealing to blindly stealing with all eyes on them including video.... look at eric holder bs? he and a few others will be obie's olly north.

    Was pressed for time so the final CG sets I combined into one. Everything pretty easy.

    Thanks, Grub!

    Chins, pullups, dips, pushups and the like have always been easy for me. It doesn't take too long to work up to 35-40 chins (with a little bit of swing) and not much time at all to work up to well over 50 dips. I don't know why, they've just always been easy for me.

    No, I can say that without any doubt.

    We all have our strengths and weaknesses. These are my strengths, low reps aren't. We need to exploit our strengths which I did over many decades. Now I am doing something different from all the years of high rep work. I may not be very good at lower reps but it is a good change of pace.

    Whoa. Don't know what I did to my left hand but it HURT to hold the bar today. At the base of my thumb/wrist and then on the outside of my hand/wrist. Can't hardly move it and to hold the bar was fairly intense pain. I had an old wrist wrap there and put that on which made it possible though still painful to get through my lift.

    20" Close grip--up to 240x12--300x6 sets of 6
    16" close grip--245x14*
    Bent rows--up to 235x3 sets of 10

    *Stopped at 14 on the close grip, just too painful. Hopefully this will be gone in a day or so. I'm going to soak it in cold water this evening.
