Well, you still benched 375, which is unusually strong after failed reps. Like you told me on the press, a small wind or a fart can affect that!

    Get some rest :-)

A CGBP at 375 is not weak no matter how you see it. I always think of one of the things I heard from Dan John "They can't all be gems". You'll be back with a vengeance very soon.

I have no doubt, DV. I usually have a few down cycles before having some real gains. I figure about 6-12 weeks of real gains per year and the rest is figuring out how to capitalize on the 12 weeks!

I'll be glad when I am weak enough to bench 375!

Nice poem Oldster. I've always had a problem remembering little things...I've spent too much time looking for keys...and getting lost.

Take it easy Oldster, it's normal to have bad days. That's how it goes for everybody, and remember, as you always say yourself we should think in the years, not days.

...it's SO hard to take your own advice. So very hard.

Weighlifting is a lot like women, just when you think you have it figured out, everything changes. Also, you can become very frustrated with it but can't ever really stop loving it...

When I get 375 on the bench I will throw a party. At least now my bench is not hurting me--thanks to the CG style.
