Very time limited today, will try and do squat and deadlift tomorrow.

Knees are feeling a bit saw the last few days, which is a bit worrying since it's the exact same pain I had in October last year that F-up my training a bit (think its some kind of tendinitis)

I think it could be caused by 2 things
    1) letting my knees cave in a bit. I noticed on my PB lift that I drifted onto my right side coming out of the hole, which is the knee that gives me the trouble.
    2) Dead-lifting in flat shoes, since I only swapped a few days ago.

Will concentrate on really shoving my knees out, and also on ensuring I don't point my toes out too much on the deadlift. If that doesn't work I might swap back to my weight-lifting shoes for deads.

    Squat

    5x5x150kg

Squats felt awful, couldn't get the bar to sit right.

    DE-DL
    15x1x85 with 30 second rest.

Chins were fucked, 3 days in a row seems to have killed my arms totally. Did 2x10 assisted since I couldn't get a full rep.

Happy with the 190 pull. Will use it as my opening number of the meet next week.

Did random conditioning stuff tonight, some c2 sprints, tyre flips and sledgehammer work, and also the odd set of assisted chin ups. One of the PT jokingly asked me what I was doing in the cardio room?

For some reason I've lost the positioning of the bar on my back, kept on rolling down too low. Really frustrating. Also squats were hard as hell today, need to eat more.

Just did 1 heavy deadlift, testing out my new soft-suit before Saturday's comp.
