Anyway, I had a crap session tonight. Failed my bench, which put me off for the rest of the session. chalking it up to two things.
1. Got a brutal leg massage yesterday. And/or
2. Simply psyched myself out of it. Didn't ask for a spotter, and then paused too long at the top of the 4th rep and the idea of failing entered my head.
