Honestly, I have no idea. I thought it could be bad form, but even with bad form it should be much further along, and these days my form is tight. For some reason my arms are much weaker than my back and legs, but not for want of my trying. It really pisses me off, since even skinny wannbe-bb doing shit routines can out bench me. I've just accepted that my bench is going to be a long work in progress.
Anyway I was happy about my weigh in weight for the comp 99.5kg, got it perfectly.
