Found this old video of my first attempt at deadlifts, very funny (horrible form).
Gone down to Tassie for xmas, tried out the local commercial gym. Fuck that place was awful, the cheap chrome bars were basically impossible to squat with as without chalk they simply fell down my back.
Really busy day today, didn't have much for breakfast (ran out of cereal) and then only grabbed a small lunch, and downed a shake before going to the gym. Tried to do a deadlift session and suffice to say I was totally gassed. Had to do 5 singles instead of a set of 5 as my head was spinning after every rep and I felt weak as. Decided to skip any assistance work and go eat, feel soo much better now.

I got that rack, loving it. Going to knock up some frames for under the pins in a few weeks.
Thinking of doing some comps later in the year. I'm dealing with a niggling injury, so I decided to re-try 5/3/1 since I can do some assistance exercise to help it and also get a weeks rest every now and then.
