Default Been off fro two months had a fucked up knee

I was having some knee trouble so I got off training and now I'm getting back into it, Maxed out at 137.5kg squat, was so close to my 150kg squat..

Had an appointment with my physio today, I was fearing the worst, basically right now I can't hop or sprint on my left leg because I get very sharp pains.

I was fearing a knee disc damage or acl damage that would need surgery.. the MRI came through all clear, and had a intensive session with the physio, he did a lot of tests on both my knees and determined that my left leg is a lot weaker than my right,, more inflexible, slower at getting activated, less bulk etc..

Also the support muscles on the quads are imbalanced the left muscles are stronger than the right, causing my knee cap to shift to one side. which is causing the pains.

I'm so glad it's not acl or disc damage that would require surgery. I've got more appointments of work with the physio to do single leg work on the left.

The imbalance is shocking, I can't do a single leg squat properly on my left it feels very wobbly, but I can do it easily on my right, like a hot knife through butter.

Hopefully once I get the imbalance sorted I should be able to squat to my target of 150KG.

Wow, I really like your logic here: "My knee is giving me problems; therefore, I'm going to take time off from ALL training."

Nice. Your destined to be strong.

My point is that Londontigress has bigger problems than his knee, like his entire thought-process, for starters. His level of commitment would be another.

    How 'bout "Don't feed Londontigress?"

Iampiercedson, were you always an asshole, or did it start after getting butt-raped in jail?
