Nice! I know the APF is the same way (since you have lifted in that fed too). What time does your meet start?

Oops. I guess you can answer after the meet then. Good luck!

I don't know how they are in Springfield, but in Oklahoma City, the NASA scale weighed me in at least 1.5 pounds lighter than I thought I was.

Once again, got a poor night of sleep before the meet. Maybe 4-5 hours. Squatted 523 for an easy opener. Judges were incredibly strict though and both my attempts at 562 were turned down on depth. I was a little more conservative on my bench attempts, due to the unfamiliar equipment and strict judging. 264 and 275 were successful, but I failed 286. Deadlifted 451 and 490 but 501 couldn't get off the floor All in all I totaled 1289 and set comp PRs in all three lifts and my total. I have more shit to post, but I'll do it when I get back to a computer.

Congrats on the meet PR's! I know you are disappointed with your squat, but you still had a successful meet in my opinion. Congrats once again!

That really sucks. If your depth was similar to the one on your videos, you should have been white-lighted.

Congrats! Awesome total. Sucks about the squat. Looking forward to your full recap.

I agree, that does suck. Some judges go too far in the other direction, wanting squats deeper than the rules say they have to be.

Grats on the meet and the new meet PR's. If you decide to lift in the Illinois Raw Power Challenge (APF, classic division), I have no doubt that you will hit some great PR's. If you do, let me know. I might try to do it again too.
