    What's bothering you? The CG's? The DL single? The chins alternating rows? Is it really that different

    I should probably mention I had been using 5-3-1 for the past year or so for my squats and deads and worked up to a 365 lb DL for 2 reps. Best squat was 315x 5 in August, and 315x 4 last week. I sprained my ankle badly at the end of August and lost a lot of the momentum I had built up the past year, and figured I'd give SS a try. If it is not following it exactly, I apologize, but I think the idea of building strength and muscle with sets of 5 is what I'm after. My WO's have always focused on the same lifts for the most part.
