I dunno. Who wakes up without a headache and has something to show for his money other than a few empty bottles? Heh!

But truer words were never spoken, I have definately been nearly destitute all because of a slight....additiction....

And you can always sell your guns.

No one has ever wanted to buy my piss.

You can't imagine the amount of times I've used that argument....

Squeeze in some training where I can, I guess.
Have you tried Jim Steel's Cubans? Combined upright row plus overhead press. Clean, press, squat?

So that's what he meant by Cubans. No, I haven't. The squatting would be weird with only one dumbbell, though.

As it is, I ended up doing 2x15 of that little circuit today.

In Seattle now. The trip went from early Saturday morning to about 1 pm on Monday, with six hours of sleeps or so in Chamberlain, SD.

Today has been a lot of walking around town doing a few things, getting a feel for the neighborhood, etc. Tomorrow will be getting the 80% of our possessions that are crammed into the cube, putting them on a truck, and hauling them up three flights of stairs. I'd be a liar if I said I was looking forward to doing this... but our 500 sg ft pad (built in 1929, 90% original fixtures, hardwood floors, arched doorways, high ceilings, with plaster crown molding) is going to look friggin' amazing in a few days time.

Welcome to the left coast! I had a feeling your silence meant you were on your grapes of wrath tour. The new digs sound almost like a SoCal craftsman bungalow.

A big plus one from me too! You should feel right at home in King County, heh! I was wondering if you were getting close to being out here in Free America, or at least a County or two away, or just on your way.

Hope you're enjoying that beautiful view of the Olympics and Mt. Rainier from Seattle. Don't forget to mix in a trip to Vancouver, BC before you get too busy.
