- carrots and other assorted vegetables
- half can of tuna

- half can of tuna
- bowl of lentils
- huge beef shawarma plate with garlic sauce, spicey potatoes, hummus and a stack of assorted veggies
Last night:
32 oz. porterhouse
3 fried eggs
6 strips of bacon
12 spears of asparagus and 1/2 cup of onions sauteed in coconut oil with melted cheddar on top
Salad:
2 cups of baby spinach
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup broccoli
shredded cheddar cheese on top
olive oil as dressing
Lunch:
4 servings of teriyaki short ribs
2 servings of teriyaki chicken
bowl of beef fried rice
5 wings
15 pieces of sushi
tempura banana
