    Best of luck with the sickness. When you get back into the swing of things, definitely post your vids to the technique section. Shouldn't take long at all to sort out what's wrong.

    Well you lifted more on the press and the deadlift than you did in your last workout, even though you're sick, so give yourself a pat on the back, write yourself an IOU for a beer and cash it in when you get better.

    And I would agree with DP, lifting more after puking more than once is not a bad result.

    Cheers buddy! I'll be definitely following your log. At this state of the game, eating 4000 cals and 250 grams of protein should do the trick. I'm glad you got over the sickness fast. Bring me some PRs man!
