Carlos - because that's all kinda over my head (though I suspected you were right... for the record), here's what The Oracle (Wikipedia) has to say:
About 30–35% of the weight of hempseed is an edible oil that contains about 80% as essential fatty acids (EFAs); i.e., linoleic acid, omega-6 (LA, 55%), alpha-linolenic acid, omega-3 (ALA, 22%), in addition to gamma-linolenic acid, omega-6 (GLA, 1–4%) and stearidonic acid, omega-3 (SDA, 0–2%).
To be honest, I've never really taken that much interest in the minute details of food beyond "eat good food and eat plenty of it"... most of what I just quoted means nothing to me at all. Haha. I'm sure it means something to you though... I see "ALA" in there, so "good call".
EDIT:
Oh - if anyone has skin complaints like eczema... get a bottle of hempseed oil, get it down your gullet (1 or 2 tbsp a day) and spread it on the effected skin. It tastes nutty and works wonders. I believe there are studies to back up some of the benefit, but someone in my family had hands that were basically falling apart and a single bottle of good oil worked WONDERS for them.
