Squat felt heavy even during warmups; 3rd rep of top set was slow, by 7th i was hanging out really. BBB sets were real bad, as much cardio as the weight but
just tough. Don't want to see a barbell for a month now!

Feeling a touch ill, coughing fleghm and some slight weakness in body today in particular but coming over last day or two. Today was ROUGH again, mentally and cardiovascularly very difficult esp. pushing on despite incomplete recovery (even HR/breathing never got back to 'comfortable', thought it better to just get through it as quick as can).
Thinking now that having proved repeatedly that i can still grow a pair when needed that it is too much work for one day, maybe 3 sets instead of 5 would yield same benefits without such a draining feeling - layed on floor immediately once indoors, same again after shower but on bed. Felt sick and headachey too. Maybe finish BBB cycle first though, it's only one more week and i've been perversly looking forward to repeating the toughness of it since yesterday while simultaneously feeling wary of it, so maybe i will again next week.
Otherwise might take a few days off to get over inevitable cold/sniffles/illness, and hopefully Toby will arrive in the beak too.
