(messing with technique; solid breath at bottom of each rep, aiming for less layback, playing with grip widths, chest higher and shoulders more back - couldn't rest bar on delts/clavicles properly, felt a slight twinge in distal lat insertion area during later reps, fair effort each set but form failing so stopped before horizontal torsoitis)
extras: alt sets - chinsx10,10,10,7(+3 kicked), 8(+1 kicked) & pseudo BBB press 50x10x2, 45x10x3 (lowered weight t obetter form but still couldn't shelf bar properly and back lost tightness during reps so work to be done on press it seems)
Did some r/c theraband stuff, couldn't find usual bands so had to use the black one. Right shoulder felt a tweinge during some press reps, possibly not used to pushing head through so far or maybe just pushed through too far and wrenched shoulder a bit.

skipping, about 20 minutes 5-6/10 intensity, then stopped to play around with some stretches and shoulder mobility, when i went back (~3min) rope snapped so fucked about sizing a new one. Finally got back to it but leg coordination was going, pushed it for 10 shitty minutes then toyed wth the stepper, did a few lunges and other shit. Knees felt a little off, possibly just lack of recent impact work. 4 hours later: right knee feeling some sort of PFPS, two pseudo peterson step up styled 1 leg things made a satisfying click and felt mostlye better, about normal now.

No noticeable knee soreness or anything today, less than normal.

extras: alt sets - inverted rows x10x5, pressups x25x5, did ~10 minutes skipping RPE 7 at the end (on and off good efforts with tripping, sips of water, skipping cd etc). Used right arm only to get up/down from rows and pressups as functional r/c work.

should have done a skipping/hill sprints day, but felt ready for squatting so didn't want to put them off till tomorrow and feel off for them

messed most deadlift weights to nearest plates, felt a bit heavy for most sets but top set went well, coulda maybe got 1 extra but keeping in line with other lifts of cycle)

Going in i felt a little like i've not been progressing (moving from 160x5 to 162.5x6 in 6 months didn't feel like much), so was aiming for 2-3 reps of 170 and around the same for 120 bench; however squats felt relatively easy, went as fast as could be expected and used the leaf spring & axle stands to check depth - recently felt like perhaps i've been going a touch high, but the leaf spring felt a bit high so i must've been going below, so bonus! Held extra long pause on bench to again be sure, felt relatively closer to true RM than squats but still very happy with it.
Also, strayed from program because of Navy lifting comp on July 4th, so aquainting myself with heavier weights and lower reps - or at least that's the plan!
