The likes of M&S and Boots do them far better than 7-11, which is part of the reason they seem such a popular option, Freshly made is just easily obtainable, but it tends to take longer, which probably explains the popularity of the prepacked ones. Even discountign the fresh vs prepacked debate though, those things barely even qualify as a man snack, let alone a propper lunch. You'd get 20 g of protein in those sort of things if you;re lucky.
