    Default Pissed......

Today started great it was my first time to 300 on my squat for 3 sets of 5 I ws happy. Then I slip in the shower and I think I either fractured or bruised my rib. There is no pain when I breath deep and I am finding from searching that happens a lot when a full break happens. Its just tender and i feel like I could train on it but if its fractured dont want it to spread. Cant believe I finally get a 300 squat and 405 dead and a fucking shower takes me out. When tuesday get here and im off my 2 days off if I cant train im going to flip. Anyway anybody have any advice or experience with a bruised or possibly fractured rib?

I think this is the kind of thing that deserves a visit to the doctor.

    Go to the doctor.

Ribs are some of the easiest bones to heal. Here's hoping you'll get better soon man. Let us know when you get results.

Go to a doctor, get it x-rayed. It's incredible how people will refuse to go to a doctor, but listen to annonymous people on the internet who tell them to train when its the last thing they should be doing- I wouldnt touch a weight until I know its nothing

Second. Ribs heal quick, but you probably don't want to train on it if it's broken. Unless you need to win Worlds.

What got me to look him up was rips video he did on him. He said something like "if he was alive 12000 years ago or so he would have been king he's just a physiqcally imposing man". I heard that and was like alright I gotta look up this guy.
