Press @ 170 lbs -3 PR, 2 This was a fail as I was shooting for a single five rep set

Deadlifts @ 405 lbs- 3 PR, 1 This was also a fail as I was shooting for a single set of 5. Everything just felt very heavy today
Deadlift @ 315 x 5 - 3 sets. I increased the weight from 295-315 because I am concerned that my multi-set weight has gotten too far away from max work weight.

Squats x 5 @ 315, 275 - 315 was ok but it should have felt a lot easier.
Chins w/ 45 lbs 5,5,5 - Some kipping but not too bad overall.
Hanging Leg Raises - 7,3,3 These were very tough- my lats were very sore.
Dips w/ 45 lbs- 10,10,10- ok.
Situps w/ 10 lbs- 10,10,5 - I was exhausted by this point.

Bodyweight at 211
Bench x 5 @ 282 PR, 250, 230 (4 sets)- 282 was close- last rep very slow.
Squats x 5 @ 260 (5 sets)- This was my volume day on squats and I was very tired by last set.

Thanks. I feel like I've generally got a little bit better control on my programming, although I've recently changed up my squat programming because I felt I wasn't squatting often enough.

Press @ 170 lbs - 4 PR- I wanted five on this but 4 wasn't too bad. I think I need to increase my volume weights on press.
Press x 5 @ 150- 3 sets
Press @ 150 - 3 reps- just couldn't put it up again.
Deadlifts @ 405 lbs - 4 reps PR - wanted 5 and maybe could have ground out another rep but sometimes it's nice to have a little bit left over at the end- especially when you've got volume afterwards.
Deadlifts x 5 @ 315 lbs (4 sets)

Dips w/ 45 lbs 7,7, 10 ok
Situps w/ 10 lbs - 10,10,9 Hard
Kroc Rows w/ 75 lbs- 10 reps/arm

Squats x 5 @ 270 lbs (5 sets) Tired by last set. First 3 sets high bar.

I was gone for a few days and couldn't work out since July 20.
Press x 5 @ 170 lbs PR, 150 (4 sets)
Deadlifts x 5 @ 405 lbs PR, 315 (5 sets). Last rep of 405 was very hard but I got it. I was very tired by last set at 315.

Squats x 5 @ 335 lbs, 295 Ok - Switching back to Texas method is helping. I also like the extra drop set on intensity day. It's enough to add a little training volumebut it doesn't wear me out.
Chins w/ 45 lbs -5,5,5 Some kipping
Hanging Leg Raises 8,6,5
Dips w/ 45 lbs 10,10,10 ok
Situps w/ 10 lbs - 10,10,8 tough

Bodyweight at 212
Bench @ 285 lbs- 4, almost got fifth rep- it was stuck about 2 inches above chest and couldn't quite move it. For once, the spotter didn't grab it and so I probably had it stuck above chest for about 10 seconds.
Bench @ 250- 3 reps-- Couldn't hardly move even 250. Arms extremely sore- both triceps and biceps. I think the long time trying to move last rep did a number on my arms. I decided to call it a day and come back for volume squats tomorrow since I think I would have a tough time with my arms hurting this bad.
