Ankle sprain injury
It seems every time I get rolling on SS I sustain some sort of injury. My max reps are as follows:
Squat: 3x5 @285
Deadlift: 1x5 @305
Power Clean: 5x3 @135
I'm 5'11'' at 265lbs and losing weight. With my ankle injury how should I train for the next few weeks? I can't squat/power clean, but should I risk deadlifting or pressing? I think the safest is obviously the bench.
What sort of ankle injury? There are many posts on this forum regarding such an injury, and though it obviously depends on severity, many times it can be trained through despite what you may think.
