Rip, I just watched this again after having put LTEs into my routine after bench. Excellent video. The triceps may be the primary hook for doing this exercise, but you didn't discuss the benefits to the chest, lats, and abs. It seems to me that this exercise works most of big muscles of the upper body to some extent.
