I just have to say that the influx of codgers lately, especially the women, is awesome. The new old folks are pushing the iron and contributing plenty of humor and wisdom. So cool.

+1. Man, 48 (not sure what category that puts me in other than simply "old"). I have been lifting once every 72 hours instead of once every 48. There was a day this week that both me and my wife had our own MRI's of our respective creaky joints. Maybe they should make a side by side MRI machine so older couples can get them together, holding hands the whole time. We jokingly asked our son to sign us up for Life Alert and he thought we were serious.

I've posted a couple times, thought I'd mention that I read the forum about everyday. 43yo, been squatting ata since HS, went to chiro and had an xray done b/c of first real back tweak and he said i have the spine of a much younger man, everything looking good. Just saying...

Oh, I'm 200lbs and last week did 3x5 at 355, and I'm on a diet. Not bad.

And double oh, the back issue cleared up in a day after I came home from vacation, damn hard ass shitty bed I was sleeping on is to blame!

Well, don't worry too much about posting your workouts here. Do try to keep up with it at home. Keep stopping into the Elderly neighborhood, though. We are all about rocking chairs, Florida condos, senior cruises, those cute little motorized chairs, knitting and how to be stunning while sporting plaid shorts with black knee socks and brown sandals. What is the age that someone becomes a geezer, on this site at least ? I'm 52, so I know that I'm one, but I'm new to the game and want to know the age rules ).

I'll be 40 in September. Geezerhood is fast approaching. Age is just a number though.
