Yes, of course. Quite popular but not usually somewhere you go often since they are somewhat expensive.

Smart! I haven't been had Churrascaria (is that the proper usage? do you eat it or go to it?) in too long! We had one across from my old job and got to eat there and expense it a few times. That. Was. Awesome. I need to revisit and get my meat-eating on in a big way...

    Churrascaria is somewhat literally, barbecue-place.

Here I was thinking I was the only one who did that.

Actually, you can find some places for around US$15 that have one or two meat cuts that are decent and you concentrate on those. Also, to maximize the meat-for-money ratio, you don`t order any drinks (if desperate, drink water from the sink in the restroom), and of course, dessert is for magnates. Finally, ask for coffee after you pay the bill -- oh, to be a cash-strapped 20-year-old again!

    Monday

Almost solid session. A little wobbly. Reducing volume and increasing intensity, tapering for the meet.

    Squat
    405x3x3
    405x3 (paused)

Those went rather well. Descent hasn't been smooth, strangely.

    Bench

    260x3x3
    260x3 (paused)

Technique could have been better, but my setup isn't perfect when I don't have a lift off.

    Wednesday

    OHP 170x5x3

Ok, somewhat easy. Didn't increase the weight, now is not time to focus on presses.

    EZ-bar curls 3 sets of 12

    Saturday

Today I trained the commands for the meet. This was never a problem for me but I should do it either way.

    Squat 475x1x2

Did a single, hard but not impossible. Second single, a little harder but still good.

    Bench (with pause)

    305x1x2

First rep solid, second one still solid but slow. Still, technique pretty damn perfect.

    Deadlift

    475x1x2

Somewhat easy, technique solid and not grindy. Had more in the tank but didn't want to push it.
