Held my first barbell training class tonight. Only one guy showed up but it was great to help them use the weight room better.
i woke up to a crockpot full of braised korean-flavor short ribs this morning. it was awesome.
they are yummy.
-Work up to daily max >90%
-Drop down to 90%....do five singles
-Drop down to 85%.... do five doubles
-drop down to 80%.... do five triples
-Try not to die

I always gotta lop off a couple pounds, being a girl and all, but my heart skipped a beat when that came up.
Last saturday I did two sets of 3x90kg(200lbs) in the press. I think 1x100kg(220lbs) is nearly there.
Last Friday 355X5X3.
Last night 360X5X3.
Apparently I have a 40" box jump.
