    Two things!
1- There are at least 6 places to squat at the gym I'm at, and 5-6 TX power bars, plus the bar that lives in the monolift, plus a couple others. This morning there were so many people needing racks and bars that we had to take turns. It was fun.
2- I squatted 185 lbs. It was the slowest squat ever, I was at a dead stop about halfway through for at least half a second. I'm finally starting to learn how to fight through a lift instead of giving up when it is really really really hard.

    Squatted 465 x 3
    Pressed 190 x 3

With the improved press grip I probably could have done 200.

    Congrats!

But, no. If you were only at a dead stop for "at least half a second," then you are nowhere near beating my record for slowest squat ever.

i don't know how long it was, everyone in the gym stopped to stare at me. I think you have much more tenacity than I do for grinding out reps. I'm trying to learn that.
