    My home gym is officially open for business. As in, for me only and nooobody else. All I've got is a crummy half rack and weight set from craigslist, but as God as my witness, I'll never wait on some dickhead curling in the squat rack again.

    - Back on the SS train after months sidetracked by an "interesting" tendonitis.
    - My home gym is done this week, 2 workouts in it so far:

    God damn,after months of fucking around with my deadlift, I finally hit a new PR. I want it be higher, but at least it's going up, that's the right direction.
