Good workout. I took my time, I like doing that when I dont have a rushed day. Fronts were OK but I did feel something weird in my back/pelvis on the first rep on the second set. Nothing major, thankfully. Press was hard but doable. I am debating whether to leave the backoffs at 70, but I think I will go for 71 next week. Chins were really good. I had 1-2 more on the topset. The last set I admittedly mailed in. I should probably have gotten 10.

    Gaintenance week 5+6 results:
    BW: 87.8-87.5 (-0,7 - -0,2)

    Waist: 87-85 (0 - -2)

I apparently forgot this update last week. Anyway I lost 0,7kg in a week where I started with 500/60/200 and went to 550/60/200. Next week of 550/60/200 I lost 0,2. Probably because of eating out a few times, maybe some hydration stuff etc. etc. (as per also waist measurement). In any case I can feel I need some extra oopmh in the gym, so going for 600/60/200 this week. I want to get back closer to 88 kg.

Generally felt really good today except from my back which is really pissed after whatever I did on front squats. Managed to get through with no issues. Bench the last set of backoffs was REALLY close to failure. So staying with 107.5 for the next week(s). 115 felt like it has some room, though, which is cool. My long term bench goal of 135x1 doesn't seem so far away anymore (all time PR is 130).
