Also, I weighed in at 194.0 Monday morning. My weight has stabilized, but my waist is still around 39 inches at the navel. So for the first time since November, we've bumped the carbs and fat down a bit to get my waist under control.

-15g carbs on low days, -25g on high days. So today I'm only eating 480g carbs...

How hard was it to transition to a macro-watching lifestyle? How much more time/effort/money has it taken to really be consistent with it?

It's a challenge at first, but once you get some meals that you can repeat, it becomes pretty easy. It can get tiresome, of course, and sometimes you just want to eat without measuring. I've been doing it for a very long time now, so I'm compliant nearly 100% of the time. It wasn't always that way though. The longer you do it, the easier it gets.

Did not do my conditioning at lunch today. Pretty much fell into a coma in my truck at lunch. I think deadlifts yesterday just really wiped me out. Maybe I'll do sprints on the bike tonight. We'll see.
