    ...at a hotel. I got my squats in before I left town. Worked up to 385x3. Hopefully I'll get my power cleans and shrugs or curls in late tomorrow or Sunday.

    Default Sunday, 08/12/12 - Volume Power Cleans

    Power Clean
    135x3x2, 155x3, 165x1x10 on a 30 second clock, 165x2x5 on a 1 min clock, 165x2x2, 165x3
    Filmed all 21 sets, 36 reps. I may upload the last set tomorrow for some feedback. I worked on squatting under the bar properly. My thumbs are blistering up pretty good. I assume this is normal until I get used to the volume? Hopefully I'm not doing hook grip wrong...not sure if there's a wrong way.

    Absolutely nailed my diet on Thursday. Then I ate a crazy 4100 calories of crap on Saturday. Macros were 197/403/184. So today I made up for it with 2284 calories @ 320/163/41

    Default Monday, 08/13/12 - Heavy Press, Volume Bench

    Feeling pretty beat up from last night's power cleans. Did a lot of volume in the later part of the evening on a big caloric deficit. Today went well considering:

    Press
    45x20, 95x5, 135x3, 155x2, 180x3

    Close Grip Bench
    135x5, 185x5, 205x3, 230x5x5

    Chin-ups
    10, 8, 6

    EDIT: I'm down a notch in my belt. Never thought my belt would see hole #5...

    This is goodness. I hit one hole tighter yesterday as well. This was the only thing that kept me from jumping off a bridge. Felt really good about it.

    You are kidding, right? You have a BW press, my PR is 195 with a BW of about 225 or 230 at the time I think. 235 today probably, I don't know what my max is, but it ain't BW.
