Harder than I thought it would be. Got the minimum reps anyway.
Power Clean
135x3x2, 155x3, 165x1x10 on a 30 second clock, 165x2x5 on a 1 min clock, 165x2x2, 165x3
Filmed all 21 sets, 36 reps. I may upload the last set tomorrow for some feedback. I worked on squatting under the bar properly. My thumbs are blistering up pretty good. I assume this is normal until I get used to the volume? Hopefully I'm not doing hook grip wrong...not sure if there's a wrong way.
Absolutely nailed my diet on Thursday. Then I ate a crazy 4100 calories of crap on Saturday. Macros were 197/403/184. So today I made up for it with 2284 calories @ 320/163/41

Feeling pretty beat up from last night's power cleans. Did a lot of volume in the later part of the evening on a big caloric deficit. Today went well considering:
