1x70- I think this is a PR?
0x75- eh, just shorted the pull a little bit.. need to stay on heels harder, they're popping off the floor a little bit with the heavier weights
2x65- good there, felt very smooth & solid
5x50- power cleaned it up to shoulders, rest of sets were from the rack

Good session- getting in some assistance work for weaknesses. Went for a 15 min walk earleir in the morn to wake me up and try and get a little bit of low impact cardio in. I'm torn- I really want to try and drop some Body fat and see if Ican slowly cut to 69's (SLOW this time, compared to my previous, crach-dieting attempts). And my Coach also gave me a goal of increasing my lifts by 10% over the next 6 months. Doing both would put me in a verrrrryyyyy good position to place in University's.
So I'm going to do my best to train hard & slowly lean out all while balancing school and helping with football practice..
Life is getting busy- but I'm very blessed!

~45 mins... too hot to stay much longer
Snatch- floor + hang
(1+1) x90- good!!
(1+2) x70- missed the first hang rep, so picked it back up and did the 2 reps from the hang
2x (1+2) x80
(1+4) x80- good set!
(1+0) x100- missed the 2nd hang clean
0 x100- wow, just couldn't get it
2x95- good, stopped there because I was pouring sweat, and this felt pretty tough on the 2nd rep
0x140- weird, SMOKED 130, but lost this forward... It'll be okay
Good session for today, quick, but got some work done. Took me a good 30 minutes (counting a cold shower) to finally feel like I'm a normal body heat again... Ready for colder weather!

3x.5x110- first clean sucked and I almsot missed it.. nothing for the jerk. 2nd & 3rd got increasingly better,but the jerks just weren't there today
1x130- good there.. not too tough, but felt tired
Not a spectacular day, but not "bad". Heavy Back squatting tomorrow, then back to it on mon day- football practice is monday afternoon, and I'm excited for that also

3x5x75-good sets. Probably go to 3x5 at 80 on saturday. But I may add in a different kind of press to lengthen progression a little. We'll see how I'm feeling
