A gallon is about 4 liters. You'd want to divide that into all your meals or something like that. (about 1 glass per meal if you eat 8 meals, for example.)

Oh shit what a dumbass, somehow I thought it was 3 dammit would have been convenient too since we get 3 litre milk jugs in oz. Well I dont hink I'm gonna get the 2 litres today well at least be able to keep it down.

It seems to work better when you start off with 1lt a day, then after two weeks of that, 2lt/day, and so on. So you get a chance to get used to it. This also seems to result in less farting and squirty shits.

Eating more is like lifting more, you need time for your body to adjust to it. You don't walk into the gym expecting to squat 2 plates a side the first day, don't expect to drink 4lt a day the first day, either.

Kyle Aaron has the right idea; but I just switched to organic meal and did not need to accustom my body to GOMAD. Also, organic tasted way much better. So I figure might as well take the quality (but twice as expensive) route.

It wasn't my first outing at drinking milk, for the past weeks I have been putting back a litre or 2 daily. Ive probably put on about 5 kgs in the last 3 weeks, and thought it was time to step up the milk consumption.

I just broke it up throughout the day and drank two big glasses with every meal, being sure to polish off whatever was left before going to bed.

I thought the milk was just a cheap weight gain supplement to have along side solid food. No need to force it down if you're gaining weight and getting stronger.
