    Default chicken paninis

Are chicken paninis healthy, good for building muscle and improving overall athleticism? If they are, has anyone find eating any kind of chicken pre-workout helps with strength/athleticism gains?

Oh sweet. I missed a workout cause I forgot my gym closes at 6 p.m on Sundays. Nice to know the chicken will give me a good boost so I'll feel just as strong.

You would have to eat a lot of chicken penises to get your protein quota.

You seem to have a lot of experience with eating penises.

Yes, paninis are good for strength. They're filled with cheese, meat, and olive oil. But don't keep only chicken in paninis, that's just limiting yourself.

It's not like I could make 'em. I'd just get 'em from some cafe. I don't think they'd give me any extra toppings and besides, it would be just cheaper plain.

I need quick food. A panini maker would just make me spend 15 minutes when I can get one in 5 from the cafe. I get real hungry after school, and I need some dead food fast.

Two of those and a glass of whole choco milk to wash it down. Then you can head to the weight room and move some stuff.
