I recommend attempting RFL when you need to lose some fat. It's quick, dirty, down to the point. It's your go-to girl when times get rough. ha

I think with the new eating habits & better sleep you should push for 5lb jumps on the squat. Again, if you want to take it a little slower, I recommend advanced novice, it'll give your lower body a break and let you set PRs twice a week. Deadlifting on the light squat day works great for me, and it's probably alot easier to blow a hernia once a weak with a bigger jump than twice a week with smaller ones.

A 38 inch waist is no big deal if you have a 50 inch chest. You're going to have to say goodbye to that 32 inch waist if you want to get stronger. good luck with your program!

I was just reading about RFL actually. I think I'll give that a go when the time comes.

I'll also definitely give advanced novice a try on my squats starting next week.

As usual, fantastic advice, man. Thanks for the help.

Would you mind explaining that acronym? All I can think of is "read in a foreign language".

Haha yeah it does look like that. It stands for Rapid Fat Loss. Saw this guide posted in the forums yesterday. http://blog.bstovall.com/2011/12/01/...fat-loss-diet/
