I'm burnt out on doing max effort singles week in week out so I'm experimenting. I also train people so trying out new things helps me bring ideas to the table for clients. Not that I would have them do this as its fucking horrible.
I notice you have DE and ME so I thought you were doing westside.
I am but I've veered off for a month on the max effort rep schemes. The DE effort is really working well so I'm sticking to the general outline.

DE BENCH 1#15 @145 with a two second pause. Felt solid and fast.

It was a helluva back workout now I look at it. The shrugs were just disgusting.
I find myself veering into in n out on friday squat days. Especially as I'm now lifting in the evening.
