ME SQUAT 370#1#3. As i get closer to my first meet i am going to have to get super strict about sinking and making a convincing depth. Its parallel but is it enough parallel? haha

DEFICIT DEADLIFT 1#10 @300. Im not saying this was DE as it moved slow after testing my squat max. The deficit as around 3-4 inches as the bar was almost touching my feet.
SHRUGS 10#2 @225 315. I was shot by this point and just called it a day.

Day 2
ME DEAD.........nothing. Couldn't break the bar after my last warm up of 350#2.
Stomach cramps.
Puking.
More stomach cramps.
Boss tells me to go home.
I want to start olympic lifting again so I'm going to the drawing board with programming. Priority is strength though so I'm looking at incorporating a good mix.
My right glute has been off today. My friend showed me some mobility work that I tried out but I'm now a lot sorer. Bending down is hard. In order to just preserve sanity a little I need to take the rest of the week off.
