Screwed up and thought I was supposed to do doubles on the bench when it really was supposed to be triples. Realized this on the last set and just did a set of five to make up for the mistake.
Really been slacking on the conditioning. It always seems to get thrown on the back burner. Will try to get some in Friday and maybe a little Sunday, don't know.
Bench: 135x4, 157.5x2, 170x2, 180x1, 190x2, 195x5x2 (5 sets of 2)
Press: 140x6x2
Dips: 50 total (10x5)
Neck: 45x4x25
Last press sets felt better than the first 3. Tells me my form sucks on the beginning reps, I'm pushing the bar too far out in front of my face. This corrected as each set progressed and I was aiming to hit my nose.
Dead: 175x5, 210x4, 245x2, 280x2, 297.5x2, 305x4x2
Makeshift T-Bar Rows: 70 lbs. on the bar x5x10
Chins: 30 total
Been under the weather since Sunday night with a cold, but since I don't have a fever figured I'd train. Pretty decent session all things considered. 305 deads did feel heavy though, especially the last 2 sets.
I chose a starting squat max of 250 which have been too conservative. Also, I think my RDL form may suck since I didn't feel it in my hamstrings enough.

Reason: Workout was on may 8, not may 7
Close Grip Bench: 125x5, 145x5, 165x5
Lying Triceps Extensions: 55x3x15, 50x15, 45x15
Barbell Curls w/slight swing: 85x5x6
DB Curls: 25x3x12
Went with 193.5 as my CGBP max. Started too heavy on Lying Tricep Ext and had to reduce the weight a little. Was supposed to do db curls but I don't have dumbbells so I used my 25 pound plates which have a good place to grip - ended up being more like hammer curls though.
