    Deads: 275x3x5
    Rack Pulls: 435x2,2,0 415x5x2
    Halting Deads: 225x3x5
    Jog/Walk: Fuck it

    Rack pulls were supposed to be 455x7x2, but 455 wouldn't budge. Got two sets @435 and then went down to 415 for the last five sets.

    This is the end of an excellent week for me, the press 135x12x2 went up no problem and the bench today was easy. Can't wait to test my max bench again and redeem myself from the 225x0.

    Cleans: 110x3, 115x2, 125x1, 130x5x1
    Squats: (205x2, 220x2, 235x1)x3
    RDL: 175x5x5
    Jog: 2.50 mi in 29:02 (11:38/mi)

    Squats were easy. Video shows a couple of the 235 singles.

    Week 10, Day 2

    Press: (135x3, 145x2, 155x1)x4
    CGBP: 140x4, 150x4, 160x3, 170x1, 180x1, 190x3x1
    RGBP: 155x5x2
    BB Curls: 65x5x10

    Press ladders were brutal. Hardest press workout for me ever. The first ladder wasn't too bad, 155 went up ok. Video is of the second ladder of 145x2 and the last three singles of each ladder at 155. Hard as hell. Looks like I may have cheated a bit with some knee kick. Screw it, it was hard. CGBP at 190 was easy though as the video shows.

    Push-ups: 4x15

    *Bench was supposed to be 190x5x5, but the first set was going very slow. I opted for triples, and then rounded it out for a total of 25.

    Cleans: Worked up to 140x3x1
    Squat: Worked up to 225x5, 250x1, 205x5
    RDL: 185x5x6

    Cleans: worked up to 145x4x1 [PR]
    Squats: worked up to 235x10x2
    RDL: 195x5x6

    Cleans, while technically a PR, look fucking terrible. Squats were good, 235 felt light on my back. Lost 3 pounds this week due to long hours at work and shitty eating, but I'll work on that this week.
