Bench at 180 (which is 80% of my max) wasn't too challenging. Plate front raises were new to me, really liked them. That's it for the second week, no hills tomorrow, so I'll rest up for next Tues. Really liking the program so far - one of the best parts of my Sunday is receiving the email from Jim about next week's training.

Deadlift: 225x3, 260x2, 290x2, 315x7x2 [PR for reps of 315 in one session]
Bent Row (pulled to chest): 135x5x6, 115x12
Chins: 20 Total (4x5)
20 Minute Run: ran 2.01 miles @ 9:59/mi
Fantastic workout. Video is a couple sets of my HB squats which I've never taped before; deads at 315 sets 1, 4, and 7; and last set of chins.
