Press ladders were brutal. Hardest press workout for me ever. The first ladder wasn't too bad, 155 went up ok. Video is of the second ladder of 145x2 and the last three singles of each ladder at 155. Hard as hell. Looks like I may have cheated a bit with some knee kick. Screw it, it was hard. CGBP at 190 was easy though as the video shows.
Press: 150x14 singles (was supposed to be 7 doubles but opted to singles after failing first set)
CGBP: Skipped due to pain in right shoulder
RGBP: Skipped due to pain in right shoulder
Reverse Curls: 60x5x10
Cleans: worked up to 145x4x1 [PR]
Squats: worked up to 235x10x2
Cleans, while technically a PR, look fucking terrible. Squats were good, 235 felt light on my back. Lost 3 pounds this week due to long hours at work and shitty eating, but I'll work on that this week.
